CARVED TURKEY & CRANBERRY SALAD

Dressing ▢¼ cup white vinegar ▢⅓ cup white sugar ▢¼ red onion sliced ▢½ teaspoon ground mustard ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢½ cup canola oil ▢½ tablespoon poppy seeds Salad ▢8 cups Mixed Greens ▢8 ounces leftover turkey shredded ▢¼ cup Sunflower Seeds ▢½ cup Dried Cranberries ▢1 cup Mozzarella Cheese ▢1 Avocado diced ▢½ red onion sliced

INGREDIENTS

In a blender add white vinegar, sugar, red onion, ground mustard and salt. Blend until smooth.

STEP 1

Pour in canola oil. Blend just until incorporated. Add in poppy seeds and pulse until combined.

STEP 2

Prepare salad by filling a large bowl with mixed greens. Layer carved turkey on top. Add on mozzarella cheese and layer on diced avocado.

STEP 3

Sprinkle dried cranberries on top and add sliced red onions.

STEP 4

Top with sunflower seeds. Toss if desired.

STEP 5

Serve our prepared dressing on the side. Enjoy!
