AVOCADO SALMON RECIPE

▢4 salmon filets ▢¼ cup olive oil ▢1 teaspoon paprika ▢½ teaspoon Italian seasoning ▢½ teaspoon salt ▢¼ teaspoon pepper ▢1 avocado diced ▢1 roma tomato diced ▢juice of one lime ▢salt to taste

INGREDIENTS

Prepare your marinade by adding Italian seasoning, paprika, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Add olive oil and whisk to combine.

STEP 1

Coat salmon filets with marinade and allow to sit for 30 minutes.

STEP 2

Cook salmon on a grill that has been preheated to about 450-500 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the salmon skin side down on oiled grates. Cook for about 5-6 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until internal temp reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit.

STEP 3

Prepare avocado relish by combining diced avocado, diced tomato, lime juice, and salt to taste in a medium bowl. Toss to combine.

STEP 4

Top salmon filets with 2 tablespoon of avocado relish. Serve immediately.
