APPLE CAKE WITH CINNAMON CREAM CHEESE GLAZE

Apple Cake ▢4 cup peeled and grated Green Apples ▢2 cup Sugar ▢2 cup Flour all-purpose or whole wheat ▢1 ½ teaspoon Baking Soda ▢1 teaspoon Salt ▢2 Eggs ▢¾ cup Vegetable Oil ▢2 teaspoon Vanilla Cinnamon Cream Cheese Glaze ▢4 oz. Cream Cheese ▢½ cup Powdered Sugar ▢1 teaspoon Vanilla ▢1 teaspoon Cinnamon ▢5-6 Tablespoons milk

INGREDIENTS

Peel and grate your apples. 4 loosely-packed cups takes about 6-7 apples depending on how large they are. Mix the apples with sugar.

STEP 1

 In a seperate bowl sift dry ingredients. Add in remaining ingredients including apples.

STEP 2

Mix with a hand blender until combined. Pour into a greased bundt pan or 9x13 pan.

STEP 3

Bake at 350F for 50 mins. Check at 40 mins for doneness. Allow to cool and frost.

STEP 4

In a stand-up mixer using the whisk attachment, mix the cream cheese on high until smooth and creamy, 2-3 minutes.

STEP 5

Add in powder sugar, vanilla and cinnamon.

STEP 6

Add milk in a tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is reached. Mix well.
