What is A Summer Strawberry Caprese Salad?

A caprese salad is traditionally made with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, with a balsamic glaze.  It is called Caprese because it is believed that the salad originated in the city of Capri.  We have taken a modern twist on the original and replaced the tomatoes with fresh strawberries and blueberries, we have also swapped the balsamic glaze for a honey balsamic dressing.
