What do I need to make Strawberry Salsa?
For this recipe you'll need:
- 1 pint strawberries
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
- juice of one lime
- 1 bunch cilantro, minced
- salt to taste
How Do I Make Strawberry Salsa?
Prep
Wash and dice your ingredients. My favorite shortcut is using an onion chopper. If you haven't tried one, you need to! I love dicing onions and other ingredients in it. Its is so fast and easy!
Instructions
1. In a large bowl combine diced strawberries, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
2. Add fresh squeezed lime juice and salt to taste. Toss to combine. Serve with Milton’s Gluten Free Crackers.
