Christmas is creeping up on us – and I am frantically trying to finish up all of my shopping and wrapping. Infact – today is Super Saturday and there are lots of good sales going on for the last minute shopper. Stocking stuffers are always last on my list, however I always enjoy filling my family’s stocking with treats, and small items – and always an orange! Today I wanted to share a few stocking stuffer ideas (or hints) for the foodie in your life.
Stocking Stuffers For the Busy Mom
To kick off this little gift guide – I want to start with the busy mom. Perhaps it is because I am a busy mom, but I loved putting this one together. I included several items that I truly own and love as well as a few from my own wishlist. Mom’s are so special, so I love having an opportunity to spoil mine.

Comfy by Daniel Green Women’s Moccasin Slippers – I’m currently wearing these as I type. They’ve been a favorite for about a year now. I am a huge fan of slippers that have backs AND rubber soles, so I can run out to the mailbox or take the trash out (ahem, or school drop off or target) – all while having toasty toes.
Trader Joes Hand Cream – Des recently turned me on to this stuff and it is SO GOOD!!! It is nice and thick, but does not leave your hands greasy, and the scent is nice and light. Bonus? It’s only $5!
Maya Brenner A-symetrical Initial Necklace – this one is a bit of a splurge, but to surprise someone special – this is the perfect gift! I have LOVED this necklace since my husband gifted it to me for our anniversary a few years back. It is simple and elegant and a staple in my accessory drawer.
Takeya Thermo Flask – this water bottle is amazing. It will keep ice in your bottle for 24 hours. I love a cold beverage and I love the variety of colors this comes in. This bottle is perfect for your workout, long afternoons at the soccer field, or to keep on your desk at work.
Kate Spade Portable Charger – these guys come in so so handy. Des gave each of us a portable charger recently when we attended Pinner’s Conference and there were MANY times we needed a little charge. Keeping one of these portable chargers in your purse will save you on more than one occasion.
Marc Jacobs Velvet Noir – this is hands down the best mascara I’ve ever used. Every friend I’ve shared this with has loved this mascara. It makes your lashes long and full and whispy and beautiful. Every mom needs a good mascara to slap on while they’re running out the door.
Fancy Earbuds – I’ve grown accustomed to listening to audio books and podcasts while I do housework and dishes. Listening along really makes my chores more enjoyable. A pretty pair of headphones are a mom’s best friend.
Fossil Q Smart Watch – whether you’re a working mom or a stay at home mom, it’s tough to stay on top of everything. I love having a smart watch to track my steps, and notify me of a phone call or text message. Unlike other smart watches – this one is fashionable and attractive.
Rad & Happy Pattern Play Coloring Book & Sharpies – I recently received these two items as a gift and I’m OBSESSED. I’m not a big fan of adult coloring books – they are too intricate and stress me out. But THESE. These are so fun.
12×12 Letterboard – these are so fun. I love always having a clever saying up in my kitchen.
Capri Blue Candle in Volcano – these candles are my favorite. They are beautiful and will fill your house with fragrance. The volcano scent is my fav, but I’ve never had a candle from this brand that I didn’t love.
Kate Spade Phone Case – I have been a lonnnnng time fan of Kate Spade’s phone cases. Believe it or not, I’ve never cracked my screen – and I am constantly getting compliments on my phone case. I HIGHLY recommend these phone cases.
Stocking Stuffers For the Hostess
Next up are my stocking stuffer suggestions for the hostess with the mostest. I love entertaining. I love the planning, the dreaming, the decorating, and the gathering. Over the years I’ve collected some pieces that make party throwing a cinch. In this guide I also included a few items that will make getting ready the day of the party quick and easy.

Thirsty Stone Coasters – No one likes a ring on the table after a party. Save your table with these coaster. I love the simple striped design – reminiscent of Henry Bendel.
Napkins – A new set of napkins spruces up any table setting. I also think using a cloth napkin adds a little touch of class. I always browse the new cloth napkins when I’m out and about. These are the perfect stocking stuffer for the entertainer.
Kendra Scott Cuff – a little arm candy has never hurt anyone – especially the hostess who is serving appetizers. I’ve been eyeing this Kendra Scott cuff for a few months. I put it on each time I’m at Nordstrom and admire it on my wrist. I’m secretly hoping this guy makes it into my stocking.
Kate Spade Mini Studs – I love stud earrings because they are timeless and stay out of the way while you’re baking up a storm or mingling with guests. These Kate Spade studs are a favorite of mine and a go to for every occasion.
Ellen Degeneres Slippers – I love that these slippers are comfortable yet have a nice sole with support. These are great for running errands leading up to the big day, or standing in the kitchen while you cook.
Kate Spade Apron – Protect your clothes and look good doing it. I’m in love with this cute apron!
Foodie Dice Game – For the hostess who can’t decide what to make for the next dinner party – this is a fun way to leave it up to fate.
Zwilling Paring Knife – Every home chef needs a new paring knife. This tool is a staple in the kitchen and will be a welcome addition to their stocking.
Weekends Are For Cuddling Sweatshirt – This. Sweatshirt. After a long evening of entertaining – curl up in this and take some me time in this oh so soft top.

Hadley and Bennet Apron – I own this apron and I really love it. Hadley aprons are made from high quality heavyweight fabric and I adore the details like the colored straps and towel loop. This apron would be a treat for any baker.
Microplane – My mother in law gave me one of these in my stocking years ago and I use the heck out of it. It is the perfect lemon zester and chocolate grater.
Thermo pop Thermometer – For perfect candy making you need a perfect thermometer. This guy is the best of the best, and he looks good doing it.
Mason Jar Cookie Jar – I could not resist this jar the last time I was at World Market. I have a love affair with all things aqua and this jar made it into my cart and into my kitchen without a second thought.
Real Salt Gift Set – salted caramel, salted brown butter chocolate chip cookies…this salt is made locally in Utah and is the BEST. This gourmet ingredient will be welcomed in your baker’s stocking.
Kate Spade Utencils – see Polka Dot Measuring Cup description. ;)
Aqua Mixing Bowls – Ok, ok, I know these are a big large for a stocking, but they are so darn cute that I had to include them. A set of beautiful mixing bowls brings me joy and smiles while I’m baking.
Ceramic Measuring Spoons – again, see Polka Dot Measuring Cup Description. :)))
Salt Cellar – I’m drooling over this salt cellar – this piece is the perfect addition to your counter.
Tom’s Plaid Slippers – no baker should be barefoot in the kitchen. Cozy up your feet with a pair of slippers. I love that these slippers have backs – no shuffling around the kitchen. Plus they are adorable in this plaid pattern.
Potholders – Does anyone else’s husband burn their potholders while barbecuing and being the grill master? Maybe I’m alone in this one, but I am always in need of a new pot holder.
Helen Ficalora Cupcake Charm – the icing on the cake – give the baker in your life a little momento of their passion. We love Helen Ficalora around here and this cupcake charm takes the cake!
