Here is why I love this dough.. Its fast. Its easy. It turns out great. I love to make this pizza on nights when I really don't feel like cooking, because it just doesn't feel like I'm doing a huge production. The kids love to decorate their own mini-pizzas. One of my favorite places to eat in college was called European Connection. They specialized in crepes...I usually got what was called a half attack. Meaning the humongous crepe was but in half. I did not grow up on anything outside of good ol' american food. I mean really, while my mom is an excellent cook and isn't pick much at all...she married a husband who is and who suffered from loooooooots of heart burn. I really love to dip things. Just makes food that much more fun to eat when flavors mingle. I also find I am inclined to eat way more fruits or vegetables when I have something to dip them in. Yes, they are probably no as lean and skinny friendly when dipped, but better to eat a lot of fruit with a little dip then none at all!
