What Is A Green Pina Colada Smoothie?

The name piña colada literally means "strained pineapple", referencing freshly pressed and strained pineapple juice used in the drink's preparation. It is usually prepared as is a sweet cocktail made with rum, cream of coconut or coconut milk, and pineapple juice, usually served either blended or shaken with ice. Here we are taking our own twist on the classic and making it into a protein-style smoothie.  We've combined coconut milk, fresh pineapple, vanilla protein powder, and spinach for a green, coconut, pineapple, smoothie.
