Fruit leather is amazing, especially homemade fruit leather. I have loved it since I was a kid, and my kids love it now. The really tasty store bought fruit leather has a ton of sugar in it, and the organic sugar free fruit leather is kinda bland- at least compared to homemade fresh from the dehydrator/oven fruit leather. It's so easy to blend up in a blender, smooth out, bake, eat.You want to smooth it out so it is nice even. you don't want it to be too thick or it will take too long . . .
