These pancakes are easy to make and so healthy! Plus, my kids love them. The secret is in the flour.
Mix dry ingredients 1st, then mix wet in separate bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to combine. Makes about 8 pancakes.
I’m thinking I’ll add some wheat germ next time I make them for an extra healthy kick. I’ll make these for lunch and serve them with a fruit smoothie. It sort of makes me feel like Super Mom!
- 1 c. Bob's Red Mill 100% stone ground whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 Tbs. oil
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl mix wet.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to combine.
