If you are growing a garden that contains a zucchini plant you probably have zucchini coming out of your ears right now! Tian? What on earth is a tian? WELL it is french. (that makes it much more attractive already right?) First, it is the dish/pan that the french used to cook and serve from and it is also the dish prepared in it.
