Skewers are one of our favorite dinners! These rainbow steak skewers are really a staple at our house, and they are such a great way to eat the rainbow and your veggies! My mother-in-law gave me the greatest tip when it comes to cooking skewered food - skewer all of the one veggie or protein on one skewer. That way you can cook them evenly without burning the onions while cooking the steak. This way you can remove items sooner or later during your grill session and everything will come out . . .
My favorite way to eat sweet potatoes are in fry form. I love sweet potatoes in all forms with all sorts of different spices and especially with THIS lime cilantro dip. Sprialize a few sweet potatoes, toss in oil (avocado is my favorite) and seasoning salts and toss in the oven. Out comes delicious, baked curly sweet potatoes. This KitchenAid Sprializer is my new favorite kitchen tool, along with the KitchenAid MINI! We've been on a zoodles and apples kick but now we've moved on to sweet . . .

We are obsessed with our pressure cookers here at OhSo. Two of us have Instant Pots and the other two have Power Pressure Cookers XL. Making lunches can be a beast. I've never liked doing it, even as a kid I would prefer to buy lunch than make it. Then when I started having school-age kids who had the option to buy or pack a lunch they preferred a homemade packed lunchbox WAY over eating at the school. These Mock Cranberry Mimosas were fun, and so beautiful. I couldn't help but go a little picture crazy. Mock Cranberry Mimosas are perfect for families, for brunch, for parties, for kids at any meal who want to feel fancy like the adults. They have a wonderful fizzy flavor tied with a fancy feeling. I don't know about you - but pancakes are a favorite around my house. My boys all LOVE pancakes and ask for them morning, noon, and night. As a kid I also loved a good pancake. My mom loves to tell the story about how I consumed only pancakes and hotdogs for the first 3 years of my life. I still like pancakes, but a few hot dogs per year is all I can handle. Homemade Mini Pancakes I was inspired to create this recipe after spending a small fortune on packages of store-bought frozen . . .
We are so excited for this Mother's Day giveaway! My most favorite part about being a mom is all the time I have to cook and bake for myself, and eat my meals when they're piping hot out of the oven. NOT. I wanted to create something that I can grab on-the-go, that will fill me up, and not make me eat again in an hour. These strawberry bran muffins are the most delicious ticket, I promise. I made Kadee's Mimi's Cafe Honey Bran Muffins for my sister who just had a baby last month and we . . .
