Have you guys jumped on the bandwagon yet? One of my biggest weaknesses is soda! I love an icy cold soda at about 3pm – with a straw. Many times I’ve tried to kick this craving with so much luck! When I heard about La Croix I thought it was something I could get behind and try and slowly get off of my soda addiction. La Croix is a sparkling water with a flavor essence. They have lots and lots of flavors to choose from. Today I’m drinking apricot which is the perfect summer flavor.
La Croix has a ton of recipes on their website that are so mouthwatering. I particularly love all of their mocktails – which is what I’m sharing with you today. This is their Apricot Fusion – which is a mixture of apricot puree, orange juice, and apricot La Croix. Perfect for a summer afternoon!
Stone fruits are just coming into season – but did you know you can make a puree out of dehydrated apricots year round? I’ll include my tips in the recipe card. I used my blendtec with twister jar to make a smooth puree for my mocktail.
I love this alternative to an afternoon soda. Refreshing, crips – sans artificial sweeteners and caffeine. For more cocktail ideas – be sure to check out the La Croix website.
